Our LFP battery capacity is over 80% left after 1C charge & discharge under 100% DOD condition for 3500 cycles.

The design life is up to 10 years. But the lead-acid  battery will only cycle 500 times at 80% DOD.

We will offer a 5-year warranty service to ensure the professional technical support and replacement for Roypow LFP golf cart battery.

Maintenance Free

Maintenance  Free. No waterfifilling, no terminal tightening and cleaning of acid deposits on the top of our batteries.

Quick-charging

The quick-charging time is ONE hour only for 80% charged and the standard charging time is FIVE hours for fully charged.

Built-in protection functions

It contains multiple built-in protection functions: over charge protection, over discharge protection, over heated protection, short circuit protection etc.

Low self-discharge

Holds charge about 8 months after full charging

Our service includes:

• Removal of and environmentally friendly disposal of existing batteries.
• Removal of any old hardware, including battery clamps, straps, wiring and old charging system.
• Full steam clean of battery tray area and golf cart, to remove debris and acid residue etc.
• Prime and paint of battery tray area to improve aesthetic appearance and improve longevity.
• Installation of new drive engage solenoid. (EZGO RXV ONLY, All other models optional extra)
• Installation of new high amp battery cables for supply to Solenoid.
• Installation of new charging receptacle. (EZGO RXV ONLY, All other models optional extra)
• New charger provided with all Roy Pow batteries. Recommended to be installed off the machine, but can be installed on-board if necessary.
• Installation of new Roy Pow Lithium Ion battery of your choice, including secure bracket mounting kit.
• Full electrical check using Curtis Diagnostic Hand Held. From here we can see any existing faults with your machine and rectify where necessary.
• Please note, if any additional parts are required, separate from the installation, a full advisory quote will be provided before work is carried out. (E.g. faulty wheel bearing)
